Questions are part of the story.
A few useful answers about playing, creating, leaving, returning, and where Story Games is headed.
What is a Story Game?
A Story Game is a short interactive experience where the player moves through a story by making choices, solving puzzles, inspecting clues, and discovering what happens next.
Do I need an account to play?
Not for the basic play experience today. Player accounts are growing into the place for things like play history, rankings, invitations, sharing, subscriptions, and other player features.
Can I make my own Story Game?
Yes. Creator Mode lets you build Scenes, connect choices, add puzzles and media, preview the player experience, and publish Versions when your Story Game is ready.
What happens if I leave a Story Game before I finish?
Your current run can be preserved in the browser so you can leave the story and come back later without intentionally starting over.
Can a Story Game have more than one ending?
Absolutely. Creators can branch the experience through different Scenes and endings, so the path a player takes can change what they discover and how the story resolves.
Is Story Games finished?
Not even close — and that is part of the fun. Story Games is actively evolving as we learn what makes the Creator and Player experiences more useful, surprising, and fun.
